Events by Sydney offers a free first introduction meeting to explain the services available, and after that, you can choose which service best fits your needs. Full Service - Planning, Design, & Coordination
Hoping to have a wedding planner with you every step of the way? Someone to support you in the decision making, plan out the logistics of your wedding, and guide you in the overall design, look, and feel? If this sounds like what you are looking for, the Full Service package is likely what you would want to book!

Partial Service - Planning & Coordination
This package is a good option for the couple that wants to create the design, look, and feel for their wedding, but wants a professional to assist in the planning and coordination process.

Month-Of Coordination
Month-of Coordination, essentially event management, will support you beginning six weeks prior to your wedding day and manage everything day-of.

WEDDING A LA CARTE
Additional Planning Hours
Are you in need of more planning hours? You can add on anywhere from 5 - 20 hours to your already selected package. We will meet to discuss what you need specific assistance on so that your planner can focus on that area.

Rehearsal Dinner
Planning and event management for up to 50 guests.

Budget Creation & Management
An option to add to Partial Service, we begin with an initial budget planning meeting that allows the planner to gather all the necessary information to create the budget. Your planner will continue to manage your budget and provide monthly updates.

Invitation Assembly & Delivery
Receive invitation suite from designer, mark all RSVP cards with identification upon return, assemble all pieces of invitation into envelope, and deliver to post office.

Home Weddings
Home weddings can be really exciting, but also challenging. You are starting from scratch and have to bring in everything - tent, tables, chairs, bathrooms, etc. which also requires more set up time than just the wedding day. Due to the intricacies and time requirements of home weddings, this add-on will automatically be added for any home/tented wedding. Additionally, for Events by Sydney to work with home weddings, the Full Service or Partial Service package is required.

Provide list of website options, create personalized website on selected platform, and management of website updates throughout planning.

RSVP Management & Tracking
Receive all RSVPs, track responses on personalized spreadsheet, receive weekly updates, and support contacting guests with missing RSVPs.

Venue Research
Venue research with delivery of up to 6 venue options based on your dream design. We will attend up to 3 venue tours with you and review contract of your selected venue.

Guest Accommodation & Transportation Assistance
Provide a list of accommodation options for guests and book a room block for guests at the selected accommodations. Provide transportation vendor options, review contract, and manage communication with vendors to ensure guests receive quality service.

If extra team members will be needed for the success of your day, we will discuss adding this to your already selected package.
